BLOOD BOILING TANK
Description:
Machine designed for processing blood in the form of cooked meal. This process is carried out by direct steam. The blood that enters with a 82% humidity environment and happens to have between 30 to 40%.
Can be constructed in various capacities on the basis of production from the slaughterhouse.
Option is also available with agitator tank without firing system for those cases where more capacity is needed blood and stored in the tank prior to cooking.
Technical Data:
- Made of stainless steel AISI-304.
- It has lower agitator shaft with blades to prevent blood clotting and to facilitate the extraction of the treated blood.
- The drive is through the gearbox.
- Blood Out Door side-circular, with opening and closing by pneumatic cylinder.
- Steam inlet valve through a bellows.

PERISTALTIC PUMP FOR TRANSFER OF BLOOD
Description:
- This machine is designed for pumping blood from the bleeding area to the tanks or between tanks and cookers.
- Promotes and sucks blood from a distance.
- Operates continuously without shutting down when the flow is almost zero. Good for low production lines in which the time rate of animals is bloodless.
- It is able to pump blood even with a blood clot.
