Description

Airway profile consists of extruded aluminum. Road section designed to allow the cars rolling over it transport while facilitating the installation of the necessary elements for fixing it.

Technical Data:

• Moment of inertia of the double rail track equal to 46.44 cm4.
• Fasteners for the saddle to the support beam made of stainless steel AISI-304.
• Tortilla stainless steel AISI-304.
• Holding the beam via a support structure with cast aluminum saddle, whose resistance to fracture obtained by mechanical testing has a minimum value of 2,240 kg
• Screws according to DIN.
• Dimensional tolerances road alignment according to UNE 30.0.
• Treatment of T-5 temper road profile according to UNE-EN 755-2: 1998.
• Alloy of the saddle as 1st 38252 UNE review.

Description

Traditional tubular Carrilería: A low-cost carrilería Mecanova has all the necessary items.

Specifications:

• Profile airway formed steel tube S-275-JR galvanized finish.
• The tube diameter of 60.3 mm is used. (2)
• Moments of inertia equal to 33.5 via-cm4.
• Section of the road designed to allow rolling of the transport trucks on it.
• Holding the way to beam support structure can be performed either by profile steel saddle S-275-JR-60x30 UPN.
• Fasteners for the saddle to the support beam made of steel S-275-JR galvanized.
• Galvanized screws.
• Guide polyethylene sliding cars.
• Dimension tread: 3800 mm.

• Screws according to DIN.
• Steel tubes via structural round tube Mannesmann MSR DIN 59410.
